Cancellation Policy
A retainer fee is required at the time of booking and will be applied toward your scheduled service. Please note that appointments are not confirmed until the retainer fee has been received.
Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. If you need to cancel or reschedule, I kindly ask for at least 72 hours’ notice. I understand that unexpected situations can arise, I will always approach these circumstances with understanding. Please notify me via text as soon as possible, I will do my best to accommodate you. Appointments canceled with proper notice may have retainer fee transferred to a rescheduled date.
Late arrivals (10 minutes or more) or missed appointments without 72 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service fee. Future appointments will not be booked until this fee has been paid.
